「Great location, close to markets, parks, cafes, good restaurants. Staff was very friendly, quickly responded to any needs, and kept the place in pristine condition. I’d stay there again」

「El hotel, habitaciones están muy bien. El personal siempre atento, en especial Leo y Cintia siempre fueron muy amables. El desayuno sabroso, si no comes huevo entonces si tendrás huevo solo hay dos opciones.」

「This hotel is in an ideal location, walking distance to everything in Merida. The staff are very helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit. The common areas are lovely, and how you would imagine an hacienda 100 years ago. Our room was very basic - wifi was slow and the phone would not fully charge overnight (with a message of slow charging.)」
