「Location of hotel is perfect, in the middle of town but set back into lovely gardens so that you are away from noise and pollution of road. The hot spa is very relaxing and appreciated ! Staff is attentive and always cheerful. Rooms are clean, basic and in line with the rest of the place . 」

「The place is absolutely gorgeous and the view at the lake is magical. Gaby and Johan were courteous and friendly, meals were delicious. They accommodated the meals to our vegan/ vegetarian diet. Highly recommended!」

「Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical.」
