「The condos we rented at The Hilton, Bent Creek were very clean, comfortable and well stocked and worked well for us. The condos are about 13 miles from Gatlinburg so they aren’t close to most of the attractions so that might be something for others to consider. If I had children with me, I would definitely stay closer to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg so we would be closer to things. There are also not a lot of restaurants or anything nearby, so keep that in mind when booking here. Theresa’s Diner...

「We had a wonderful stay at this facility! The two-bedroom apartment-style hotel room was perfect for our needs… spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully set up. Having a full kitchen was such a bonus and made our stay feel more like home. The location couldn’t have been better… it was convenient to all of the places we wanted to visit, which made getting around simple and stress-free. On top of that, the value was excellent for the amount of space and amenities provided. We truly enjoyed our time...

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

The dining area being on the 7th floor offer an incomparable view for all! Fire pits and so many seating options. The breakfast if a wonderful addition as well as happy hour. Comfy beds, wonderful shower and close to everything. I highly recommend!」

「This was a beautiful property and located pretty close to a beautiful river that we spent alot of our time in. The porches were very accomodating and the kitchen space was spectacular. Overall one of our best stays. The property management was also very accomodating for such a last minute set-up. My only con: The upstairs was pretty hot. There are some window units and it was pretty hot outside and we did not compain during our stay. I'm sure their are ways the property management can fix this...
