「This is hands down the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at in Pigeon Forge in years!! Everything was absolutely beautiful. Super clean. The prettiest room. The coolest outdoor setup with the pool, fire pit and lounge chairs, it made for the perfect relaxing night. We will most definitely stay here again!」

「I love ALL Staybridge Suite Hotels, but this one is AMAZING! Full buffet breakfast ( included in room price), Social Hour providing 2 alcohol/drinks to each guest of age- provided M-W in the evening around 5:30 -7 pm. Fully stocked kitchenette including stainless steel full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware and a cooktop stove with 2 burners. ( there is a trick to turning them on, so just ask the staff) . My room had a balcony with 2 chairs/small table... Most impressive...

「The stay was amazing. The hot tub was so relaxing and the bed was super comfy. Overall 10 out of 10. Spoke with the staff they were super friendly they just checked in and made sure we were enjoying our stay and made sure we didnt need anything. Very personable. I would highly recommend this place. 」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」
