"Staff assured us we would get a refund because they failed to tell us the pool is outside only and was not open for our stay. Also, when we called about the refund was told they couldnt fine our stay. Would not go here, rude and the hotel was dirty thats why we didnt stay! Found old socks in our room under the covers!"

"The room was very clean and the front desk lady was very nice. My 9nly complaint was the air conditioner made a horrible noise that kept us from sleeping well. Hopefully, they will get it fixed for the next guest. I would definitely stay there again."

"Super great for the price! We didn’t take advantage of the water park as we were there for cheer competition. We had so much room and the price was fantastic. Loved having the fireplace and kitchen in the room! Would def stay again. The staff were great! "
