「Suite was massive」

「room was clean the staff was very nice and good parking」

「Check in was easy. Room was dirty, musty smelling, carpets were nasty, and many of the lamps, electrical outlets, and other room features were in poor condition. Also, the other hotel occupants were of shady character. Definitely not a family hotel! More like a 4 hour stop over for a street pickup. This is a solid two star hotel! Whoever is giving this place more then two stars is completely out of their minds, lying, or use to living in a shack!!!」

「The staff were very nice but The room smelled of smoke as soon as i opened the door the shower was stained and had hairs in it the room gave off a very gross vibe the pool area was also gross it smelled ok the first day but the second day they were very unpleasant sewer smell in the lazy river it smelled on our swimsuits when we got out it was warm and hot tub was but the regular pool was freezing cold would not stay here again it needs better kept up」

「Awesome place. Only issue is being a gym rat there were teenage kids in the gym using the equipment in an unsafe manner. The sign says no children under 16 without supervision. Furthermore, a gentleman had his 5-6 year old son in there, wearing his pajamas and flip flops, lifting weights while the father walked on the treadmill and not supervising his child.」

「This place was absolutely disgusting. The doors had no locks. We asked to switch from the first room because of how dirty it was and because the door did not lock, only to be placed in another room that smelled awful, was also dirty, and had a door that did not lock. We went back to the front office, and the front desk clerk told us that all the rooms are like this and that we might as well find a new hotel and go through Expedia for a refund—after he threw the key card down on the counter when...
