Older property under renovation. Room was nice. No room service during our stay because we didn’t realize that you had to request it. Staff was professional and polite. Stayed three nights for an amazing price. Outdoor pool was nice, but outdoor temperature was too cold for us to swim. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, quiet & spacious! Arrived late & left early but the back deck was nice with a nice view. Good shower with good water pressure. Plenty of includes parking available. Would stay here again!

They put us in a room with no hot water. Knowing it had no hot water. I reported it and thought they would come and fix. When I went to the office and ask why it was not fixed. That’s when they told me the water had been turned off. Said the pipe in the room above us has burst. The floor was dirty, my feet turned black after I got out of the shower. Other than that the room was what you would expect when staying in a cheap and old motel. It needs lots of work, very round down. ☹️

The staff was pleasant, and the room was dated, but those weren’t our issues. The room had a single lock on each door (door to street & door to balcony). No chain. The bathroom light had a built-in fan that ran when the light was on and brought in the smell of marijuana 85% of the time we ran it. Awful. The tub did not drain well. Ankle deep water at the end of a rushed shower. Toilet would not pass a home inspection. Not securely attached to the floor. Shifted when one sat. The sheet were washed but stained. Beds squeaked when one sat. There was a nice little fridge and a decent TV with the Food network. But, the atmosphere was poor. The police were banging on the door of the room next door one morning of our stay, asking questions about the behavior of a guest. Lovely to wake up to. They were there again the next morning - two cop cars and a fire truck. Was the stay cheap? Sure was. Would I stay there again? Certainly not! I read the sweet review written by the lady whose daughter loved feeding the ducks in the river out back. It swayed me to choose this place. Allow my review to give you a balanced look at the cons of this place. A few ducks and geese aren’t reason enough to stay. Bring your family elsewhere.

This has been an extremely pleasurable stay at this facility. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone does all they can to make your stay comfortable. Rondel the front desk manager is amazing. He not only does the front desk, he does the laundry and helps with cleaning the rooms. He goes out of his way to ensure that he and his staff go the extra mile for every guest. My next trip to Sevierville, this is where I will stay

Didn’t like anything about it. The room smelled like cigarettes and marijuna. We had to move to another room. The pool was closed but showed on the website it was open. Don’t waste your money on this dump!
