「The condo is great! Very large and the rooms are quiet. The only issues we had were that one of the stove burners did not work, and we could have used more than one bar of soap…… also, an ice cream scooper would be nice. And maybe an oven baking dish. The location is perfect! And the adult pool area is our favorite( second year that we have been there that the message waterfall has been broken, that was a let down) Overall, we love the Westgate」

「The room was fine… but don’t plan your vacation there anytime soon. They are remodeling the whole resort and have construction (drilling/sawing/hammering) from the hours of 10 AM-6 PM sooo unless you are planning on being out and about during those house then i guess you’d be fine. We wanted a relaxing stay in our room this weekend but we had to leave the hotel the entire day because the noise was soo loud. The entire resort is torn apart and there are construction workers everywhere. 」

「Second time staying at Newpark Resort. They were very helpful accommodating me with an early check-in. Had a little issue with the room and Newpark Resort got us into a new room that was fantastic. Really appreciate their effort. Would stay here again. 」

「带妈妈美西自由行，酒店有明显的歧视中国人，办理入住，询问WiFi密码，服务员很不耐烦，房价过高，房间里面设施也很一般。很糟糕的一次入住经历。就是酒店位置还可以。」

「A special surprise request was made during our stay and to say that they went above and beyond would be an understatement. They were lovely and absolutely thoughtful. It was so fun to walk into our room and see how much preparations had been done for me. 」

「So bright and clean. Love how they have the Starbuck’s coffee machine in the lounge. Great accommodations and close to many different dining options. Kita was amazing! 」

「We were not told that the restaurant would be closed, as were most in the village. Getting room service was a nightmare, the phones did not work properly and we had to go through the front desk each time. Very annoying.」
