「i'm Beautiful cabin. Equipped with just about everything you need. Check in staff were very friendly. We stayed in Ponderosa Lodge. A bunch of family went to celebrate a birthday, we wanted to just play games, hang out, and have family time, and this place was perfect for that. Our specific lodge had a pool table which we loved. Nice grounds with creeks to walk around and view, the spa was nice and hot. They had wifi and Hulu, cute little kids playground, huge sized checkers, large Jenga, table...

「Before we book，we called the reception to inform that we have 2 young children,9y&6y, and they didn't tell us there is an additional 20USD for children,but after we arrived, the reception asked for 20USD for my children. I accepted it, but not happy about this.」

「Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.」
