It had been years since we've been to Moreno Valley. The area was nice and convenient
"Staff was helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and fresh, pool was awesome, rooms were clean and smelled that way. The bathroom was spotless! I walked in on the housekeeper one day and she was stripping the bed- not just remaking the bed- taking off all linen including the mattress pad. And that was in the middle of my stay, so it didn’t really need to be changed but it was! The pool was beautiful and calm and relaxing. My daughter wanted to swim around 9:30(pool opened at 9) and a staff member was still cleaning and was so nice- encouraging us to come in while he finished up. The lobby staff and security were on it. Airport shuttle was so convenient, we caught it at 4am and were there in less than 10 minutes. A ten minute walk to the convention center(where we attended an event) and multiple restaurants within minutes to walk to. A real pleasure. It exceeded my expectations and was worth every penny!"
