「The room was beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was kind and accommodating while we were checked in however, my husband and I did not appreciate how their attitude changed once we checked out. They were no longer as helpful or kind, and their demeanor appeared annoyed and dismissive as he asked for help trying to still enjoy the casino. After that, we decided to leave instead. 」

「I made a same-day booking so I’m not sure if that is why we didn’t receive instructions to access the property until over an hour after check-in. That was a little bit disappointing because I was trying to figure out when to leave to get there. Aside from that, the communication was pretty easy. 「i'm Beautiful cabin. Equipped with just about everything you need. Check in staff were very friendly. We stayed in Ponderosa Lodge. A bunch of family went to celebrate a birthday, we wanted to just play games, hang out, and have family time, and this place was perfect for that. Our specific lodge had a pool table which we loved. Nice grounds with creeks to walk around and view, the spa was nice and hot. They had wifi and Hulu, cute little kids playground, huge sized checkers, large Jenga, table...
