「Got it the hotel, and they said they couldn’t find the reservation. Had to wait up to 30 minutes to check in while it’s 1am, very frustrating experience. Room was clean though, just terrible front desk.」

「A very nice clean hotel. Room ac was phenomenal during our stay. Loved it. Our only issue was breakfast, I'm not faulting the one cook/server/busboy. Towards the end of breakfast he was exhausted. I've noticed when I stay at other Residence Inns, they have the same staff level, except when it gets busy the management comes to buffet area and they all help out and keep everyone happy. This hotel for what ever reason did not. Other than eating my cornflakes out of a coffee mug using a plastic...
