「The check in process was straightforward and easy. They send you a code to access your room and you never see anyone which was fine and no problem at all for me.」

「I was not able to make the booking. I called the next day because they had already charged my credit card even though I did not stay there. They told me too bad. So sad. They would not give me a refund. I was not happy.」

「How tub was out of service. Motel was in a great place right on the Main Street in town. Beds were comfortable. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our family.」

「Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future.」

「The property and rooms were filthy. Maid service was nonexistent, even asking several times. Front desk was noncommunicative and not helpful at all. She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!」
