"The property was in a great location! Safe, convenient, everything was close and parking was great! Limited, but if you get a hold of a spot, it’s awesome. We didn’t try the breakfast. Only downside was the room was pretty cold. We tried to raise the temperature but it either wasn’t working or we didn’t know how to use it. Yes, we were cold, but just being a little bundled up and using the blankets was fun for us. If it was truly a problem, we would’ve voiced it to the staff. "
"There was a dirty underwear on the back of the door of the bathroom, but I was promptly switched out of that room. I was also able to leave my stuff with the front desk while I was away for an interview after checking out. Service is great. Just kind of dirty with scary outside window views on the lower floors, haha. Breakfast has juice and a mini muffin assortment."
"This was an amazing stay. From the staff to the cleanliness of the entire building. I've recommended a few people to try out public if in or near new york"
Hilton Garden Inn NYC Financial Center/Manhattan Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect. There are lots of reasonably priced dining options nearby, and you're just a short walk from the Staten Island Ferry (for the Statue of Liberty), the Brooklyn Bridge (with a quick ferry to DUMBO), Battery Park, Wall Street, the 9/11 Memorial, and more. The subway is also close, making it easy to get to Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and other attractions.
Our room had a lovely ocean view with a view of Brooklyn. A nice bonus that they offer is early check-in at no extra cost if a room is available, and they’ll hold your luggage after check-out if you need to explore before heading to the airport. "
"My experience was great from check-in to checkout. The staff was courteous and my room was clean. The hotel is in a great location which allowed me to get around the city with ease. I look forward to staying here again."
