Within 15 minutes of stepping into room 414, I was greeted by a live roach crawling across the floor. Look closely at the attached photo—those are the literal remains of the pest. 「Very polite and easy check in, room was very clean!! Comfortable bed, pillows. Amenities fantastic with the indoor pool. Breakfast was very well organized with plenty of options. I would definitely return!!」

「The hotel itself its a little rundown. the A/C was cooling but not its best either. Evening attendees were courteous but the morning crew was not at all. I also requested some sheets for the sofa bed because there was non in the room, I called and never got an answer, then I text and waited until I had to go to the lobby to get them myself.」

「Room appeared clean but found several small live roaches. We don't keep trash in our room. Very noisy, people screaming and fighting with each other. Wi -fi intermittent. Tv channel selection TERRIBLE !! Breakfast was a joke, generic sugary cereal, apples, only good thing was yogurt. Truck from construction was overflowing with trash outside our door. Would not stay there again. I don't recommend.」

Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe.
