"We had a great stay at Cabana Bay overall. The retro vibe is fun and the pools, especially the lazy river, were a big hit with the kids. The location and early park admission made park days much easier, and transportation was smooth. Our family suite was spacious and practical, which worked really well for us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food offering was just okay, convenient, but nothing memorable, and the resort can feel busy at times. Still, it’s a solid option for families visiting Universal and offers good value for staying on-site."

"Was not aware this hotel is very close to the county jail. No issues arose from that but I may have chosen to stay elsewhere. The room was fine but overall, the hotel walkways and elevators could use some updated. The property is not walkable to almost anywhere since it’s very close to the interstate "
