「The hotel is clean and spacious, had a wonderful stay at the hotel! However, before I book the hotel, I failed to realize how big and complicated Namba station is. The location of the hotel is great, like 5 minutes walk. But if you have to walk 5 more minutes after exploring the Namba station for 10 minutes after getting off the train, it’s very painful (physically, my feet are so sore 😭) Highly recommend this hotel to those who takes taxi 😂」

Convenient location and clean rooms. What I was satisfied with was the quick reply to my room confirmation email」

「Everything is good. I will book this hotel if I go Namba again.」

「Need pay attention to house keeping especially hair from the previous guest. 」

「Very good service」
