"The hotel was clean and nice. However staff weren’t helpful. They didn’t help us take our bags up to the room nor did they help us bring it down. Communal bath was nice and clean. Well maintained. Staff did rounds to constantly check if you’re naked which is frustrating. The room is well air conditioned, gets hot or cold pretty quickly. The room tv’s are nice and has streaming services. Please note the volume does not go higher than 35 so you will need subtitles to help understand. Room has a mini fridge but no freezer compartment and no microwave in the room. Ammenities were not on our floor, we had to constant go up and down to watch our clothes or fill our water bottles. "

"Great property with smaller rooms but typical for APA. Staff is friendly and extremely courteous. Water station to fill up your water bottles. Very close to Namba station, Dotonbori/ Shinsaibashi area. Very close to Namba YASAKA Shrine (do not mistake for Namba Shrine). Onsen does not allow tatoos which I was a bit sad about cause I have prett inconspicuous ones like behind my ear, on my wrist and in my back which my hair could have covered."

"I loved this hotel and so did my family (including two kids of 9 and 7 years of age). Amongst the menu great things this place has are: great location close to amenities and transport; free alcoholic drinks every weekday in the late afternoon; free bowl of ramen every day for an hour 9pm to 10pm & ice cream; access to the wonderful onsen which we used every day; and the breakfast is highly recommended - amazing buffet of all sorts of delicious foods!"

"Great hotel stay in Namba. Rooms were clean and space wise was perfect for a couple to stay. They have accommodation for 4+ families too, which was a plus. Since you’re in Japan, walking is expected. Many shopping, games and restaurants were in a walking distance, but of course for those who don’t prefer to walk 10+mins, taxi is an option. Overall great stay!"

"Big room with balcony for family of four with little kitchen. Washing machine was useful, dry clothes setting on bathroom wall and your clothes will be dry by the morning. We are very impressed with your hotel. It is perfect place for families with children."

"The room is too warm for us but the air conditioning can’t be adjusted at each room. Luckily the window can open so that helps. The breakfast option is not pretty bad. "
