「The hotel is a convenient location to see Old Montreal. The property is disjointed and our room was only accessible from a single elevator next to the restaurant and frequently the entire hallways stank like fish and there were workers taking carts through the narrow hallway that accessed the elevator. Our room was very dusty and only had one window that looked into an office building so we could never open the blinds. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room. The reception area and staff...

「Would have rated this 5star but for the situation directly above a very busy restaurant - where we ate and it was good - but the noise in our room on Saturday night was pretty deafening. Not a choice for those who want quiet! 」

No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.」

「The service was excellent. After checking out, we stored our luggage, and when we went to pick it up, the front desk proactively gave us two bottles of water. Room service was prompt as well (usually within 15 miuntes). Also, the room design was very good, featuring an electric stove and a European-style bathtub, which were very aesthetically pleasing. Lastly, the location is very close to major subway lines 1 and 2, which is very convenient for traveling to Notre Dame and old montreal.」
