Room was clean, corner room was spacious. The lobby was decorated tastefully for Christmas. Reception was courteous and checked us in quickly. A bit pricey but you know you're not having any issues staying here! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

While the room was older and a little dated, it was very spacious, clean and well kept. Check in was great and it was unfortunate that the hotel could not work with Expedia for the night I lost due to a flight cancellation.

The staff at this fine hotel are outstanding and make the hotel what it is! While the interior and rooms feel a little worn, they are clean and comfortable. We were in town for a catholic weekday Mass at Notre Dame and the convenience of being in walking distance in vieux Montréal was nice! From the valet welcome upon arrival to the front desk quick assistance and ‘smiles’ to the refreshing flavored water cooler, real hot chocolate and friendliness and concern of the staff - we felt special and cared for!
