"We went with 2 kids and two seniors. They loved the location and cleanliness of the stay. Only down side is if you have mobility issues it does get tricky going up the stairs to the lobby. Overall staff was super friendly and helpful. "

"The fireplace in the room was lovely and there were so many amenities for the kids. Will come here again. Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t operational, which was very disappointing for us parents. Hopefully next time it will be running. The restaurant was delicious. Had several really good meals and the breakfast buffet had so many options. Wifi is not free. But we didn’t really need it. Kids were so busy!"

"Hot tub could have been hotter and I missed the woman's change room where there was a steam room (we were only there one night and I didn’t search too hard).
What we were most impressed with was how gracious, kind and warm the staff were at every step of the way. The staff really made our Fairmont stay stand out.
