Room was great and couldn't fault the value for money however the staff weren't that great regarding explaining the room set up / amenities. For someone who is not used to staying in capsule hotels, this would've been helpful. In addition to this, with lots of people checking in and out at similar times, a larger reception area would've been better. Overall for the price, this is a very good and efficient way to stay in Montreal, very central easy to get to a lot of the main sights.

Overall seems convenient but there was an AC issue which made the capsule unbearable. Showering also a bit tricky as there’s no hooks or counter space. the capsules on 2nd and 3rd floor are significantly more spacious

Definitely could be more cleanly, especially the washrooms and the pods could use a little vacuum or scrub, but other than that was good and would go again (I went for a weekend, that is the longest I would stay)

Great place to stay at if you're looking for a place to sleep for the night only. I don't think I would recommend it if you're looking for a place to hang out at during the day. Having said that, as a solo female traveller, it felt safe having the 3rd floor exclusively for females. The capsule are well maintained and the amenities provided are just what you need to freshen up and be cozy.

I like that the place is convenient, close to everything and affordable. Clean bathrooms and cozy capsules. I just didn’t like the mattress I was sleeping on, it’s so used up that i can almost feel the surface of the wood so i was a bit uncomfortable but I’m still satisfied overall. Will go back for sure!

DO NOT STAY HERE! People were smoking marijuana heavily right in front of the entrance, and the smell was so strong that it spread throughout the entire hotel. The air conditioning was broken, so I couldn’t sleep at all. The price was supposed to be for one person and one capsule, but they put two people in one capsule and charged us double. This was honestly the worst experience. If you’re a tourist, please do not stay here and be very careful!
