A perfectly agreeable stay, but nothing too expcetional. Staff was very helpful, the check-in process was complicated, my room was large enough and I found all the basics I needed. It would be incredible to have the same ventilation/temperature control in the common areas as can be found in the individual rooms.

We stayed on the bottom floor but got access to two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. It’s an old building so keep that in mind. I enjoyed the charm and reminded me of staying in my first apartment. I would stay there again!

The bed was very comfortable and the manager was friendly, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately I had no idea this hotel would be run by an AI receptionist that required me to scan my face to get entrance. What if I didn't have a phone? Would I not be able to use the hotel room I had paid for? It was also not clear that it was a 2 floor walkup, which made it hard to access my room. The accessibility issue was a big challenge for me. I would not stay here again.

La habitación está muy limpia considerando lo descuidado del edificio. La publicidad parece dar a entender que el baño es privado pero es compartido con otros huéspedes. Creo que el anfitrión se está esforzando por que las habitaciones estén en buen estado pero un servicio básico como un baño limpio y en buen estado es definitivamente imprescindible.

Was a reliable cozy place to sleep. Our bed and floor was covered in pet hair and dirt and was just not very clean overall so we had to use our own personal sheets and pillows. The shared bathroom was clean enough but was not restocked once during our stay. It was hard to get in contact with staff if you needed something urgently. It was overall worth it for the price but I recommend you bring your own blankets, pillows and bathroom supplies like toilet paper and hand soap.

The location is really nice and it's above a wonderful cafe with live music. The rooms are nice with shared bathrooms. Breakfast is make your own with basic ingredients. (1 or 2 eggs, white bread, fruit, peanut butter, and a nice kitchen. Sorry to say it feels a bit neglected. Things such as shower heads not working properly and door knobs held on with tape, teflon pans for making breakfast - way past their lifespans, bathrooms not cleaned regularly, etc,.. makes it feel like a bit run down The owner that we met was very nice and accommodating and I think they would have a great place otherwise.

I stayed at this property for a weekend during Osheaga. Had this been a standard vacation rather than a festival stay, I would have been quite disappointed. Breakfast was not provided, and I was only informed of this upon check-in. The refrigerator in my room had a strong moldy odor. The electronic door lock system malfunctioned before I could even access the room. There was visible mold in the bathroom, along with a rusty drain stopper that was both unappealing and unsanitary. Most concerning of all, on the second night someone attempted to enter (or did enter) my room while I was half-asleep — I clearly heard the door open and close quickly. This was by far the most unsettling part of the stay. Overall, the property is marginally acceptable given the price point. However, I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, or secure stay.

Se comparte baño, no hay cuartos con baño propio y el baño estaba PESIMO, tenia mugre pegada en la tina, no especifica que el desayuno es te entregan los ingredientes y tu preparas, la habitacion no tiene ni una silla donde sentarse y no se veia muy limpio que digamos. Horrible

The location was great, and the building itself was nice enough, but overall, the place was not clean. The sheets on our bed were not fresh when we checked in, and we discovered hair and crumbs on them the first night we slept. We decided to wash them ourselves on the second day to ensure their cleanliness. The bathrooms seemed to have never been cleaned, as there was hair and dirt around the floor and dust build-up on all surfaces. If the stay had been cheaper, it wouldn't have been so bad, but for over $600, it's astounding to find the property in this state.

This hotel was not as advertised. We paid for a queen bed and got a double. Breakfast was supposed to be included but was not (apparently the app to order breakfast was not working). The computer program for registration was also not working properly. We tried several times in advance to complete the booking online as requested but even after spending half an hour with someone on the phone we couldn’t do it. We then spent two hours checking in with the help of the on-site manager. Both the on-site manager and person on the phone were courteous and aware that the company has a flaw in its reservation system but they were not supported by the administration staff to deal with the problem. The building very rundown and someone had dumped a very full ashtray into the bathroom garbage basket where it sat with the odour permeating the building for the two nights we were there.
