「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

「Booked a room with city view. Got a dark room looking to the back yard. Staff very nice. But not what we had hoped for or paid for.」

「This was our 3rd B&B we stayed at in our 10 day trip. The building is very old and the location wasn’t our favorite just based off the stores in the area. Overall the room was clean and the instructions to get in were VERY easy. The location was not great compared to the other areas we stayed at. Not close access to metro but the tram is right outside and we used that to get to other attractions. I would recommend this location but be aware that it is much more local and not touristy or close to...

「The location is pretty good. Near the Trastevere train station, which is helpful. There was construction happening on the street so it was noisy in the morning and I felt the ground shake from the construction. Luckily I didn't need to sleep in so I was awake when it started. The bathroom light for my room does not work and there is only one outlet in the whole room that has a converter for general technology. There are two lamps, but there is not an outlet for the second lamp. It sits there...

「Good contact and instructions from Reuven. Early ck in and late ck out a plus. Very accommodating.」

「The Lighthouse Suites Trastevere were the perfect home base for our evening in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was in a gorgeous courtyard that was perfectly located to access the whole city via both bus and car. The room was amazing.」

「Amazing! Wish I could go multiple times! Customer service was wonderful as well!」

「Many issues but the biggest was communication. I emailed many days before coming but recieved no response reguarding pick up from airport, early baggage drop off and making sure we were set up with 2 twins. I finally called hotels.com to see if i had booking. All my other hotels had sent me instuctions for my arrival. This one didnt. Day b4 they finally messaged but didnt respond to my email, just asked for checkin time. Never picked up from airport, and no 2 beds as requested( both options at...

「I liked the closeness of the property to my required area of need. I did not like sharing the kitchen and it's facilities. 」

「Really loved this place for our last night in Rome. Very clean and large enough for our family of four. Our only issue was that the deadbolt would not close. Please look into this right away as it’s a safety issue especially for those traveling with small children. We did not complain about it while we were there because we were very tired. Loved having three little bathrooms and balconies would definitely stay there again. 」
