「It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on...

Please look into this right away as it’s a safety issue especially for those traveling with small children. We did not complain about it while we were there because we were very tired. Loved having three little bathrooms and balconies would definitely stay there again. 」

「Family of 4. Room was very small. Shuttle service to the main city was a pain to get to and never used it. We had to take taxis every time. Pool was closed one day because of something with the chlorine. We came all the way back from the city center to go into the pool only to be told it was closed. This was beyond frustrating because once you’re back at the property it’s difficult/costly to just hop back into a taxi and head to city center. The pool area was lovely and the pool was perfect once...
