"The AC was excellent, and so was the water pressure. A small, cozy room with a comfortable bed at a very reasonable price. The staff members are super kind and available for help. Moreover, you can't ask for a better location. This hotel is in the heart of San Ignacio. "

"The property grounds and staff there made the experience amazing and memorable. I only have an issue with a couple small things. My toilet broke on the first flush. Housekeeping was quick to fix the issue however. Also, I can tell the towels were cheap, the dinner rolls at the restaurant were microwaved, and the in room bar snacks were old. It would be nice if the owner invested more into these small details. For the rate per night, it must compete well with other luxury hotels. Overall, great stay though. "

"This is a simple 2 star hotel, but might be the best hotel that San Ignacio has to offer. Great rooftop pool. Free covered parking. Great staff. Great location to excursion offices. Staff worked very hard to get me a shuttle from San Ignacio to BZE. Shopping and restaurants are just outside the front door."

"It was difficult to keep the rooms completely clean with so many tropical insects in the surrounding. The hotel staff did clean the walkways."

"Unit was fully furnished, and even came stocked with coffee for our morning dip in the pool! Incredible hospitality, and perfect location for those who like it a bit quieter. Will definitely recommend, and stay again when we come back. Thank you so much, to the entire team!"

"Great property (seemingly) as we stayed for a night. Main issue: we came in at 12:30 to check-in (2pm reservation) - the property was empty (1 guest) but they refused to get us rooms till 2pm. We were hoping to freshen up before we headed to the next spot - we ended up going to the next spot & returning at 10pm & check-out at 6am. In short we’re not sure what the property has to offer but disappointed with the check-in capability with an empty resort. "
