「The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. 「I booked a room at this place and upon arriving I couldn't contact host in any shape or form, no though messages or phone, I could never go inside room since host NEVER contact me for instructions, I called my bank immediately to CANCEL ANY PAYMENT. 3 days later and host never return any of my messages or calls. DON'T BOOK AT THIS PLACE, you been WARNED!」

「Love the property. I was a little confused at first thinking it was MGM grand but it was in the 3 tower. Still very easy to find. I actually loved the Signature MGM better because it offers lest crowds, valet parking is free, and you can still access all other MGM through inside the building. Definitely recommend! Oh and the pools are great.」
