「The alarm went off the day before and someone squeezed the handle of a dry chem fire extinguisher so they had residue on a lot of things. The fire alarm went off again at 2:30 in the morning again there for waking everybody up again. The breakfast tasted not well, and I am not picky about food 」

「Everything was wonderful. The host kept communicating with me and over all we had an amazing stay. I would definitely stay there again. Very beautiful home and spacious parking. We were few minutes away from the river walk which I loved. 」

「All good except people double parked closed to the far entrance. Told the clerk but he stated he couldn’t tell the owners of the vehicles because it was late at night. 😔」

「I tried my best to contact the property about rescheduling my arrival due to losing my brother so suddenly. It was an unexpected loss and we were having his funeral services and burial Friday and Saturday. Of course we tried and tried but nothing. Expedia was willing to help us out but the owner was not having it at all. They said there was nothing they could do at all. We didn’t want to cancel we just wanted to reschedule to not lose all the money. This was something we were not expecting at...

「The clerk Ray and Nil was very professional and courteous! The older lady seemed annoyed that I asked for another bed spread because the one that was on the bed had a large stain on it. She did ended up replacing the blanket. Aside, from that issue that hotel was clean and convenient to the nearby stores and restaurant. 」
