「Very clean. Very new」

「Greeted by a friendly desk person. Knew how to complete the check-in process without hiccups/being slow or feeling rushed. Was able to answer questions about the immediate area. Everything worked well in the room. (We had spent previous days with bath fan that sounded like a jet engine!) Happy not to have that again... Breakfast was good with longer hours than most locations. Impressed us we could have coffee at any time too.」

「Checked in, went to my room to find someone in the bed, tiptoed out went to front desk to let them know, they apologized several times and gave me another room. Key card didn't work 2nd night and had to go get it reactivated. Room was very clean, well stocked!! Couldn't get the bathtub to drain. Slept great!!!!」

「Though it's not the Hilton it is a very clean and practical motel. Drive right up to your room. Makes for easy unloading of your luggage. No long walks from the parking lot down a corridor to your room. Everything you need for an overnight stay. Great place to stay if you're going to the Knoxville Speedway. Just a short 30 minute drive. Refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, soap and shampoo. I highly recommend and we'll stay there again.」

「The most unique thing about this hotel is that it smells so bad that ive never feel so. The smell made me so uncomfortable and caused trouble when trying to sleep. Dont reserve this hotel if you see this comment! 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in process was quick and seamless; staff was friendly and super helpful. The hotel was very clean, and beds were comfy! The only thing that caught me off guard is there is not an elevator. My father in law struggled a little bit going up and down the stairs, but thankfully it was just one flight. That was probably an oversight on my end. We will definitely stay here again!」

「We usually don't stay in hotels with numbers in it but we were just looking for an overnight stay. The hotel was clean. the beds were good, a little squeeky but they were comfy beds. We didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom. I would recommend for a one night stay.」

「Unable to get in after 9p door code sent didn’t work husband called the number door code they were giving didn’t work fortunately people with us had a different code which did work we tried getting in for 30minutes and no front desk staff or staff in the building at all after 9p!! Freaking crazy!!! So only virtual help available and they were worthless」

「The good: pool, hot tub, breakfast and comfy bed. The bad: The room itself wasn't super clean with a couple of pieces of trash on the floor. The shower had hair from previous stay on the walls. The bottle for conditioner was empty and smashed and the one for shampoo was completely missing. (Attatched pics) I told the front desk and they gave me 3 tint bottles of shampoo/conditioner mixed. Not enough for 4 people with very long hair. She didn't refill or replace the bottles. The part if the lock...
