"Room is clean. Very good location"

"The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Location close to train station. Friendly staff. Parking plenty, but the lots are spread around different areas surrounding the hotel. Will choose same hotel next time."

"自然いっぱいの落ち着いた環境でゆっくりと滞在できました。サービスは普通ですが、お食事どころのスタッフさんたちは皆さん明るく気持ちよくご対応くださいました。 施設は古いのですが、あちこち改装してあり、何も問題ありませんでした。 お食事はスタンダードプランだったと思いますが、美味しくて、量も私たちにはちょうど良かったです。"
