Room was very clean.

The apartment was clean and very roomy. The rooms are large and comfortable. Honestly a great location and fantastic place. I'd have given 5 stars if not for the following: - Be aware they only provide one roll of toilet paper for your stay, no matter the length or number of people who are staying. - There are also no broom or vacuum available in the property, so you can't really clean if you stay a little while. - There was no oil or salt and pepper to do any cooking. It'd be really handy to have.

An excellent hotel to stay and good location.

This place was one of my preferred place that we stayed in. It’s a bit of a walk from Hakata station, but the amount of space you get is a great trade off . The place was pretty clean and safe and big for 4 adults and a child to stay comfortably . We only had an issue with the check in process . The system used wasn’t working properly. (No fault of our own, the lady apologized) . I do recommend this place for a stay in Fukuoka

The location was fantastic, check in process was easy, facilities worked well, there is a washing machine, and the room was well supplied for the days we were in. If you're after a no frills stay this hotel would be perfect. Unfortunately it looked like there was a huge water spill inside our room, presumably when it was being cleaned prior to us checking in, which led to an unpleasant damp room smell. We reported it via email and received a polite prompt response that they are unable to do much since it is an unmanned hotel, understandably. We're a pretty easy going family and we were out most of the time so it didn't bother us that much, but that's just the down side of having no staff onsite.
