"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. They assisted this American traveler with various questions about location of places, how to get cabs and always had a friendly smile when coming in to the lobby.
