グリーンランドから20分という立地で選びました。 夕朝食付で宿泊したので、景色良いホテルでゆったりと過ごしました。 アミューズメント施設は週末のみという事だったので、次はそれも楽しめる日程で利用してみたいです。 バイキングメニューも充分あり、大人も子どももたっぷり美味しく頂きました。 お酒がもっと飲めたらアルコールメニューも楽しめたのにな～。 温泉は熱すぎないお湯で、子ども達も入りやすかったです。 浴場の靴箱が返金式だったので、驚きました。 喫煙スペースが指定階のどこか分からなくて、同行者は困っていました。（歩けば分かったようです） スタッフさんの挨拶や対応も良く、気持ちい良く過ごせました。

市街地から非常に遠隔な場所に立地しているのに、夕食なしのプランはどうかと思う。宴会場などを開放して、会席などを提供したらいいと思う。事前に受付に食事処を問い合わせたが、女性の受付が応対し、れすとらん等は紹介出来ないときっぱり断わられた。女性は二人いるそうだ。check inの際、男性の受付がガイドがあると言って冊子を渡してくれた。情報を保持しているのにtelで紹介しないとは本当に面倒くさがりだと思う。指導を徹底してほしい。

スタッフのやる気のなさは感心します。

場所は人里離れた場所ですが、ロケーションがよく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 しかし、平日だから？なのか、ホテル近郊のショップもレストランも、レジャー施設も、何も開いてませんでした。夜、少しだけ食事しようと思いましたが、レストランは、バイキングのみ！ルームサービスもなし、ホテルの中にあるお土産さやんにも、パン少し（メロンパン？）カップ麺とお土産程度しかなく、結局、自宅から作ってきたおにぎりをみんなで分けて食べました。（保冷剤を入れててよかった）4人（子供2人）で泊まったのですが、予約サイトには、ベッドでも和室に布団を敷いても良いと書いてあったのに、大人2人だからベッド（ツイン）のみ使用、布団を使いたいなら、シーツ一色1,100円支払ってくださいと言われました。朝食のバイキングはとても良かったのですが、お皿を片付けていたら、スタッフが「いいです」と言われたので、『このままでいいですか？すみません』というと、「ハイハイ」と返事。女性スタッフの愛想の悪さは天下一品でした。 スタッフの対応に期待せず、必要な食事などは、コンビニなどで準備しておけば、ロケーションは最高です。
