「The staff attempted to help me, were kind and as far as I know did what they could. After 3 days of reporting and dealing with the AC making awful noises I finally got sleep the fourth night after the AC was finally replaced.」

「Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.」

「I really enjoyed my stay. I had so much fun with the entertainment. The hot tub was amazing. My room was very clean and fresh each day. The first desk ladies were very nice and helpful. There were two things I didn’t like. I used my debit card to reserve my room. When I got there my debit card was charged an additional $200 for some fees that would be refunded if no damages were made. But then I was told that the credit back to my debt card could take up to ten days. That wasn’t cool at all....

「I had booked another hotel that was NOTHING like the pictures and twice the price of the listed price the day of my reservation. I declined the room due to unsafe location, misrepresentation of property and price inconsistency. Being without a room at 10 pm with a 2year old and a 3 year old I sought a new location and found Home2suite. For same price as previous room it was clean, in a good location and comfortable.」
