"Where do I start? What a wonderful place to stay! So clean! So cozy! The decor is gorgeous! The kitchen is so well stocked with excellent utensils and small appliances. My sister, brother and I had a perfect reunion and were all so comfortable! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our kitchen sink had a small leak and was repaired immediately by a super pleasant young man! Can’t wait for my next stay!!"

"Room was very clean, room also had all the amenities you would need for 1 night, or even several nights, the views were gorgeous, parking was easy and so was check in/out. Perfect location. I even left behind personal belongings (and I didn't notice until almost a week later) that housekeeping found and the hotel was able to ship to me. I would stay here again! "

"We stayed at the Carriage House Inn in Newport and felt like we got a great deal....likely because we booked the day before. We arrived on a Friday night around 9pm and were greeted by a very kind staff member at the door, which set a nice tone right away. The room was absolutely worth the price. This is a historic house, and you can feel that charm throughout... it’s one of the older homes in Newport, but in a good way. Our room was simple and comfortable with a king bed, private bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, and a TV that worked perfectly. Everything we needed for a one-night stay. The location was ideal and made it easy to walk or quickly get where we wanted to go. Staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. We didn’t try breakfast because we had plans to line up early elsewhere for cinnamon rolls, but this spot was perfect for waking up, heading out, and starting the day. If you’re looking for a well-priced, well-located place with historic character, this was a solid choice."

"Rooms were immaculate, location is great, just a short distance to Newport shops and restaurants.Hotel provides a shuttle service which makes traveling to Newport easy if you don't want to drive. Staff could not be any helpful and polite."
