"The twin room was clean but smelled musty; perhaps the AC unit was old. Parking is not included and must be paid for, something that isn't clearly stated on the website. The staff seemed rushed when attending to us, and although they were friendly and multilingual’ speaking they didn't offer many explanations and didn't seem keen to answer many questions.The experience was OK for one night, the hotel's location is very good for anyone who needs to be close to the international airport."

"Countertop in the room was dirty – especially under the coffee machine. There were stains on the counter. The clocks in the room were wrong and could not be reset. The coffee machine did not work. When I arrived, the refrigerator was not on probably due to a power outage. The television screen was not working properly. I did not complain because I was only staying one night for a concert– and it wasn’t worth the time because the front desk was busy and so was I! The last time I stayed at this hotel it was wonderful. So I was a bit disappointed."
