Decent place

We loved the security of the place; it was comfortable and in an excellent location. It isn't sound proof at all - you can hear the conversations of anyone walking by in the hallway very clearly from the front bedroom, the cleaning crew was mediocre - bathroom floors weren't mopped, food in the frig, "Mary Jane" butts on the patio. I had to call to get the instructions for entry as they did not email it - this may have been Hotels.com vs the owner. The instructions for check in were very clear, but then they sent those again and none for check out. I just did the normal stuff and called it good. Overall it was a good place!

The location is excellent.. we had a terrible experience regarding the communication. When we first check in, The shower was broken and we had to wait 2 days to fix it. Then the dishwasher wasn’t working and they had to come many time to fix it. It didn’t work and they didn’t resolve the problem. The ended up not answering and not replying to our emails.

The unit was clean and spacious. Having a washer and dryer was a nice surprise. The hair conditioner and body wash bottles were less than half full when I arrived for a 5 night stay. The two fails: I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming. I had to call Expedia from the property. They didn't have an extra roll of toilet paper and I had to get my own toilet paper. THIS was a huge disappointment.

It was a good two bedroom. Getting into the building and unit was confusing at first, but once we remembered the codes it got easier.
