Unprofessional (Manager of the condo Elena)

So I book this hotel/condo on 09/25/2017. When I show up this passed Friday 11/03/2017 with my 11 month year old baby and my 11 year old son. I walked in and the front desk call the manage of the room ELENA and she tells the guy tell her we have no rooms available for her to call EXPEDIA. I called her and how can you do that when I called you this week twice and you never told me this plus I booked what you offered through expedia. I said did you get a better offer or are you giving the room to someone else. I told her you are so unprofessional and I will find the way to get to the owner of the condo to let them know this. Please do not book they are the owners of the condo they can do what they please and you have nothing to say. Thank God Exepida was so nice and spent 5 hours with me looking for a place while I was in the streets with no where to stay. Her name is Elena The staff was so nice to me and felt so bad with what she did and said she has done this before. PLEASE BECAREFUL

Horrible stay. Outdated and dirty.

This has to be my worst experience ever. I understood this was an apartment rental but the service and cleanliness of this apartment was terrible. First off the owner never reached out to me to let me know the unit number or anything. When I arrived the building manager had to figure this out for us because I had no idea we were to expect an email from the owner before the arrival. Needless to say, I checked my email and spam and I never received anything.The apartment itself smells musty and old. The unit has carpet throughout and it was very dirty. The walls were dirty. The kitchen was outdated with cups that were were not cleaned previously. We washed them ourselves so we could use them. In general the whole apartment is outdated except for the LCD TVs. The bathroom had rust and some mold. There was half filled (previously used) containers of shampoo and conditioner. We were a family of five and we received only four towels. We didn't also realize that we wouldn't be supplied extra towels to enjoy the beach and pool. I completely understand this was an apartment rental but I have stayed at others and for the most part the building does have some standards owners have to follow. It just seemed like it did not matter in this case. For 200 dollars the night this was not a good experience at all and not worth 200 dollars. I would never come here again.
