I really liked the hotel—my room was very clean, fresh, and pleasant, and it was nice and quiet at night. The only thing I missed was a small safety box in the room, like most hotels usually provide. Housekeeping was excellent; they cleaned the room and changed the towels every day.
The only aspect I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast buffet concept. There were no juices, water, or cold food (cheese, ham, etc) available for self-service. Everything had to be requested from the waitstaff every single day, which doesn’t align with the typical buffet style they advertise. It’s not very practical and ends up taking a lot of the staff’s time for basic items that guests could easily help themselves to. Even buffet-included items like bacon, eggs, and sautéed potatoes were not laid out and had to be ordered.
I believe this is something that could be improved in the future to match the standard of other hotels in the same category.
