"This place is a great place to stay for a night or two if you’re just passing through. The breakfast buffet is available for a fee but there is free coffee. The breakfast morning staff were nice and helpful. I will mention with the rooms cleanliness we did have a problem upon check in that was quickly resolved. The first room we got unfortunately had a huge brown stain on the floor that splattered onto the walls next to the bed that the cleaners had missed and when we walked into the room it smelled like sewer gases/sewage. There was also some wear and tear in the room (leather peeling on furniture and some scrapes on the walls). When we brought this up to the front desk about the odor and stain, the manager Don was incredibly helpful and apologetic and moved us to a new cleaner room on the first floor. Our new room was incredibly clean and a bit more updated than the previous room, it seemed it hadn’t been used as much as the previous room was. I’d like to express how much we appreciated Don’s efficiency in resolving the problem, he was very helpful and apologetic and also even lightened the situation with his great sense of humor. So thank you Don! I would stay here again if in the area!"
