「We booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next...

「It is a small town motel. Even though it was dated, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was accommodating for our late night arrival. 」

「Corey at the front desk was awesome when we checked in, very polite and knowledgeable. The room was very clean. The room was bigger than I thought it would be, like a small apartment. The pool area was excellent very clean.We would definitely be back.」

「Loved the Innkeeper and her staff. Unfortunately, they are short of staff so sometimes getting the room cleaned and/or towels wasn't automatic. But if we asked, they would do so. We would certainly return. 」

「Reservations were made with front desk but restaurant was closed. Front desk response”who did you talk to?” Really? Am I supposed to get the names of staff? 」

「Basic, quiet, clean and comfortable. But staff at front desk is horrible. Don't expect any services, nothing provided. Stay for just one nite rest is OK.」

「I visit Springfield at least once a year, this is my second stay at the hartness house, I’ve stayed in the mansion and in the hotel, I have been very happy with both options. The mansion is stunning and enjoying a coffee and pastry in the mansion in the morning is lovely. I’m glad to see this historic building being taken care of so thoughtfully. 」
