Our hosts Griselda, Sonia & Denise were very helpful with ideas for restaurants, things to see and private drivers. There are so many good restaurants! Love seat, little table, microwave, mini fridge, little sink, good hot water, king bed, a little coffee maker, TV and good a/c. It is in the perfect location close to 3 parks and restaurants all around AND the restaurant in the hotel is excellent. Staff helped us gringos in so many ways, they are super. Good security. Nice pool. We love the place."

"We absolutely loved our time in Merida and staying at the CIGNO Hotel was perfect for us. A little removed from the Centro of town but easily walkable and completely safe, day or night. The hotel was absolutely lovely. 10 spacious rooms, excellent staff and food. We enjoyed breakfast each morning and had two dinners as well. The margaritas are exceptional. The entire staff is pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again while visiting Merida!! "
