「Super clean, quiet spot. Walkable to everything. Fernando, the owner, is amazing! He was quick with communication and we felt safe and welcomed. Very comfortable beds. The kitchenette was stoked with everything needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed being here so much, we booked two more nights. Highly recommend this spot. It's in walking distance to Mercado 28, restaurants, and shops. Thank you Fernando! We will be recommending your beautiful home to everyone we know. 」

「Sandra and Andrea hosts were amazing. So helpful and wonderful communication. Felt more like family friends! Facility was clean and well presented. Great location , easy access to downtown and Hotel Zone, ferry, banks, restaurants and supermarkets. Would stay again without heditation」

「價錢便宜住到一間不錯的旅館。 接待員友善，樂於提供旅遊資訊。 3層高，沒有升降機，樓梯寬闊可以接受。 房間沒有裝潢，除提供毛巾外，沒有梳洗及牙刷用品，基本上沒有用品可言只有一間房。 」

「这家宾馆位于一条很漂亮的街道上，距离市政厅仅仅是几步之遥。宾馆不大，所以，很安静，楼下有个很大的洗衣房，还有个餐厅。我们住的是有小厨房的套房，平台上的图片显示是很小的冰箱，其实是个中等大小的冰箱，足够使用。另外还有烤箱和微波炉，免费提供桶装水。整个宾馆极其干净，很多地方都配置了酒精洗手液和擦手用的纸巾。工作人员热情，积极，友好，还教我说español.以后，每年来坎昆度假，我都会选择住在这里。」

「Es un lugar muy accesible, un hotel céntrico que tiene todo lo necesario a su alrededor. Las personas que se encuentran en recepción muy amables, muy limpio todo siempre. Solamente tal vez las cortinas de habitación deben cubrir toda la ventana ya que la luz muy temprano entra, y algunos llegan a descansar, la puerta de entrada a la habitación debe ser más segura para niños, que no se abra tan fácil. Sin embargo, si regresaría a hospedarme a este hotel.」

「I don't know how this hotel gets 9+ reviews and is rated as a 4-star hotel, then labeled as "luxury" by Expedia. It is sub-3 stars at best in my opinion. Yes, everything in their photos is physically there, then photoshopped to look much nicer. The rooms are aged, the bathroom is old and small, you can't get into the shower without closing the bathroom door kind of tiny. We don't find anything not clean, but because everything is kind of old, you don't feel clean or relaxed either. The staff is...

Alegan que expedia lo tiene que realizar. A mi eso no me.funciona, lo tendré que pagar yo. No me sirve para comprobar gastos」
