Simple but good

Great people, service and hospitality. Low key and simple place to stay if you’re passing by but it isn’t walkable to places you want to visit especially with the heat. Breakfast is awesome and great price.

Excellent budget option for being outside of the hotel zone. This is a small hotel that is tugged away in a residential area. There is a tiny store across the street for snacks & sodas, and multiple restaurants and larger stores within a 10-15 minute walk. The rooms are clean, have hot water with good water pressure, air conditioning, and fast wifi.

Lovely staff and very clean room, but difficult to find at night. Cold showers and breakfast, not included, was just so so. I think if we had arrived by day and not had to depend on Google maps, which simply could not find the location, tucked away as it was with minimal signage, I may have had a better experience. The price was decent, but don’t expect much for this price in Cancún.

Charming little cheap hotel

Genuinely very impressed! Nice, friendly, comfortable and safe hotel in downtown cancun. Perfect place to crash before/after a flight and a £5 Uber from the bus station. Lots of plants and charm.

This is a great place to stay if you are a conscious budget person. This place is clean and staff are polite and courteous. Cons: the bathroom tissue is very flimsy. the toilet flushing system is weak. The location is great and walking distance to everything.
