Future Inn is in the Derriford Business Park and is wel served by various frequent bus links into city and beyond. I had a lovely stay here, the room was a generous size with daily housekeeping included. It was very easy to request a disabled room. 「A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.」
