「Wonderful modern hotel in the heart of Liverpool. Awesome staff, big room with nice design. I lived my stay there and would return anytime. Anyway two topics for improvement: The mirror in the bathroom needs a light, I could not shave myself properly and the desk needs a lamp as well. 「Lovely hotel, great facilities and nice surroundings. We tried Bennett’s restaurant for our evening meal, the food was very disappointing. The breakfast was nice however. Prices were reasonable. Our room was lovely and in good condition but too warm with no aircon. The gym and pool were excellent. 」

「It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.」
