Close to the Melbourne Convention Centre and South Bank area . Breakfast were awesome and the Staff were really friendly and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spacious and clean. Hotel is in good walkable distance from Southbank/Crown area and has a tram stop out the front. Supermarket very close by. Unfortunately, pre-stay communication was poor and check-in was very lengthy.

The staff were excellent. However the enclosed patio which states no smoking stank of cigarette smoke which stirred up my daughters asthma and the shower was very mouldy. Great location 3 minutes walk to the crown and Southbank breakfast was sufficient and excellent barista coffee which was additional on top of breakfast

Located behind Crown. Easy walk to crown restaurants but a 20min walk to CBD. Room was comfortable. No storage cupboards and room space tight for suitcases. Coffee machine, washing machine and dryer provided.

I liked the location, i wasnt a fan of the dark ambience in the hotel, just made the property look dull and cold. The apartment was great, had everything you need for your stay. Our daily cleaning was great to have. Our entire stay the hotel had issues with wifi which was frustrating

The staff were lovely but otherwise it is a disappointing hotel. The garbage Shute smell is very strong and unpleasant, it seeps into the room. The cleanliness is way off for a new hotel. Location was our big win. The property is priced to encourage a high expectation.

Very close to excellent with a few minor irritations but overall very goog. Great service, well maintained, excellent location near MCEC, CBD, Sou GG hbank. Tram, food & groceries. Shower cubicle grout mould and no easily accessible power points near table ,no desk meant stringing power cable from laundry alcove or across main access for laptop only irritations.

The only positive is the location. The beds were so uncomfortable and tiny, the whole family rotated from the floor to the couch. Room wasn’t clean, dishes in cupboard were filthy. Beds made and towels replaced daily- that’s it. Lounge area was tiny, couldn’t even for our family in it . Won’t be returning.

On arrival the entrance was not what I expected for a hotel entrance then the reception guy was on the phone dealing with another customer so had to wait some time to check in despite there being more staff on the bar next to the reception not serving anyone then another person arrived to check us in and they did say we had been upgraded from our original booking however we had a two bedroom apartment rather then the one bedroom I had booked but we were on the corner of a very busy intersection roadway and opposite a tram line with the motorway visible and at room height so not sure it was an upgrade the swimming pool Was not what I had expected but the pictures don’t show the traffic noise BUT on the positive a very good chap called Robbie who was not a regular worker at this hotel was very helpful when I couldn’t order a delivery pizza from my phone he help by not only ordering it but he even delivered it to my room when it arrived at reception you need more Robbie’s working at the hotel

Comfortable & clean. Staff, other than Franco, were not knowledgable about the hotel systems or the local area. Every question we had, eg. We booked 2 bathroom but only got 1, which way to the MCG, washing machine is broken, are we able to have a late checkout? Were either answered incorrectly or not communicated to other staff, so not followed up. Franco was correcting others mistakes and providing excellent, knowledgable service. He must despair of his colleagues, and deserves to be paid more them them.

This hotel was spotless and had great service. The shower going hot and cold is a real issue, especially with kids. This is the only complaint about our stay, everything else such as location, layout and accessibility with a pram was fabulous.
