Bed sheets/blankets & kitchen items (all the important things) were clean & well presented however the property had started to show its age with marks on the walls & carpet so cleanliness 3/5. The property was very cozy, clean and very peaceful the kitchen had everything we needed to make our stay feel homely and comfortable the view was amazing and just beautiful to look at; my son had an amazing time swimming and playing in the pool. Costumer service was amazing and they were very helpful with everything that we needed, I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and would definitely visit again.

The property was one block away from Melbourne Central Shopping Centre and train station and two blocks away from the Markets. The pool area was popular with our children. The rooms needed better cleaning (tv had hand prints all over it and cushions were stained). Communication with the property was terrible - sent them a couple of messages via Expedia regarding parking - when they didn’t respond after a few days, I called them to be told that parking was now no longer available. When I asked about the messages they said that they don’t get the messages from Expedia App.
