「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in.
