「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「We reserved a room for five adults at the Hampton Inn through Expedia. When we got there the room, they gave us an absolutely no possible way to sleep more than four adults. The Hampton Inn refused to give us a refund, even though either Expedia or the Hampton Inn had lied to us and advertise falsely. I would never stay here or deal with this company again and I won’t be using Expedia again in the future if they don’t compensate me for this.」

「The front desk, staff top tier amazing every hotel should want their employees to get treated and act this way literally the best part of staying at this hotel was checking in besides the front desk people all the other employees are rude they like to play games they like to stand in doorways and listen to peoples conversations all the other staff have attitudes every single day never can get towels toilet paper anything for the room on a good note amazing furniture good quality of the things...

「If you have asthma or any health condition that is triggered by mold, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The shower grout is covered in mold, and we unfortunately noticed it the morning of check out. Was told that my stay would be refunded. After not receiving any updates, called and spoke to a gentleman name Natoya, who said that it wasnt their problem and all they would do is get maintenance to cover it up. Also told me that mo wouldn't trigger asthma,like I haven't lived with this majority of my life....

「We did not have a very good experience at this hotel. Upon entering the hotel, we immediately noticed a strong musty, mildew-like odor. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the smell was even worse. We also found that sections of the carpet along the edges had been chewed up, and parts of the bathroom counter were damaged as well.
