「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「My husband and I stayed with our 3 kids ages 11, 6, and 5 for five nights. We absolutely loved it. Our room had a lovely kitchen with everything except an oven and it was stocked with whatever you might need. The rooms, lobby, pool, etc were all very clean. We loved the pool and games available for the kids, and the pool was open 6a-10p. The staff were LOVELY! They were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back each time we visit family in Lawton!」

「The Relax Inn is an older motel but they do a decent job of keeping it clean and comfortable. Obviously the price is considerably lower than most in Lawton. It’s conveniently located close to Fort Sill and many restaurants.」

「The place is under a renovation. So it is kinda different. Seeing the new with the old...but in a good way. Great staff. Great rooms! The place has a 'Dean Martin ' feel to it. It's going to be a great place.」

「Very rundown hotel .I understand it is very cheap ( 55 $ it’s a good deal) but the location ,the parking lot and the reception makes it look like the hotel is about to go out of business. The room modest but at least clean and cold .」

「The place is rundown. The sink had cracks in it. The floor tile was coming up in certain spots. The entire place needed a paint job. Not planning on coming back. Plus, the smoke alarm kept beeping. Maintenance came and fixed it but during the night (1 am) it started up again and my husband ended up disconnecting it. They did not provide coffee, only cereal.」

「The biggest problem I had was when I noticed there was a pile of chips underneath the side of one of the beds.The front desk personnel was very apologetic and sent housekeeping to completely clean the room again. We left for a few hours and returned to a clean room, I thought. The pile of chips were still in the same spot. I notified the same person at the front desk and she apologized again. No resolution. We asked the front desk for more towels and wash clothes as our room only had two of...
