「Check in staff was phenomenal, as well as parking and the room was clean. There was mold along the bathtub and the faucet in the bathtub leaked all night. As far as breakfast, I figured they would have had eggs and some sort of meat but they did not. But there was a note on the microwave about not heating up eggs in there …. Next time I will probably stay where they have a regular breakfast if possible 」

「Wonderful staff, clean room, and fresh breakfast. Our only complaint was the mattress was hard and had a ridge down one side. You could feel the springs in it and Hubby had to sleep in the middle of the bed to keep from rolling out of bed.」

「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」

「Me suspendieron la reservación, llegamos tarde porque mi viaje lo atrasaron estábamos bien cansados y ahí nos informan que no las cancelaron sin razón alguna y ya estaba todo pago y al sol de hoy estoy luchando para que me devuelvan mi dinero. Fuimos para la graduación de nuestra hija y nos encontramos con esta terrible situación. 」

「The website claimed they had a pool and a on site sports bar when booking the room. The Pool was closed on arrival. The on property sports bar was closed permanently prior to booking our trip. The room was small. It was very hard to navigate 2 adults and 2 kids in such a small space.」

「There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.」

「Breakfast was ok. Able to make your own waffles. Only 1 of the 2 pools were "open" but the door was locked and we weren't able to use it. The fitness room only had 2 sets of dumbbells, although they did have treadmills. 」

「Check is was friendly. Room and Bath were clean and simple. Facility is older, think 60s - 70s motel. It was perfect for one night sleep.」
