「I particularly enjoyed the outdoor and indoor water parks at this hotel. However, some aspects of the hotel were not perfect. We stayed on the 10th floor, and the bathroom was very small. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, which seemed to indicate that the cleaning staff did not check these products carefully.」

「Room was very clean, as was the breakfast lobby. Breakfast staff was highly attentive, and the food was excellent quality! Shower water pressure was ideal, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel in a while! Will stay here again next year. Only con: Front desk staff aren't into small talk, they're efficient but could use work on their social skills. Didn't acknowledge IHG status. Still fine, just don't expect a great conversation!」

「We got a room here at Sleep Inn & Suite because Riverwind was full. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only 2 things was the shower was very slick and the water went to straight cold water. I mean the cold water lasted maybe 30 seconds. That really wakes you up. Lol We was able to get a shuttle to the casino and back to the room. Shuttle runs 24/7 to the Riverwind. We didn't make it to breakfast but next time we will. 」
